Lawanna C. “Lou” Laser, 88, of Glenmont, died Thursday morning, March 23, 2017 in LifeCare Hospice, Wooster after a ten day illness. Mrs. Laser was born April 1, 1928 in Shelby, the daughter of the late Lloyd Clinton and Florence Belle (Moon) Brown. She was a graduate of Plymouth High School, and enjoyed her many house plants and her needle work.
She is survived by one son, Samuel A. (Linda) Laser of Danville; one daughter, Molly L. Metcalf of Danville; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mildred Cutlip of Polk and Rose Smalley of Wooster. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Anna Mae Powell, two brothers, Milton and Charles Brown, and three sisters, Gladys Brown, Evelyn Ross and Betty Smail.
Lou requested no services or calling hours. The Lindsey Funeral Home, Loudonville is honored to be assisting the Laser family with arrangements.
